From enquiry to institution workspace

Start with a discussion of your campus size, admission stages, class or course structure and staff responsibilities. A practical demonstration helps identify the records, reports and approvals your institution needs. The resulting proposal should separate available website functions from integrations that need provider credentials, hardware work or further implementation.

School and college workflows

Schools can organize class-based student records and guardian communication. Colleges can structure admissions around courses, departments and academic periods. Permissions are assigned within each institution; a staff account should receive access only to the records needed for its role.

Responsible implementation

Before onboarding real records, agree on data collection, parent or guardian notices, access roles, backups and support responsibilities. Review our Privacy Policy and ask for a demonstration using fictional information. We do not present illustrative dashboard figures as client results.
