For existing services, include your institution name and proposal or invoice reference so the team can identify your enquiry.

Help us route your request
For an institution demo, share your business contact details, school or college name, approximate student count and the workflows you want to discuss. Use the enquiry form to receive a reference ticket. A ticket acknowledges receipt; it does not confirm a meeting or service contract.
Existing institutions
For account access, contact your institution administrator first. For platform support, quote your institution and ticket reference, describe the affected page and provide the time of the issue. Never send passwords, full Aadhaar numbers or student documents in a public enquiry.
